Sonja Kohn

Sonja Kohn has significant multi-disciplinary experience as a serial entrepreneur. In partnership with Italian banking giant Banca Intesa (now Intesa Sanpaolo), she created FundsWorld, a first-mover online fund platform. She has also partnered with UniCredit Bank Austria, Austria's largest bank. She has served as an advisor to the Vienna Stock Exchange and to the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and was awarded the Great Medal of Honor of the Government of Austria.

Eliano Lodesani

Eliano Lodesani has four distinguished decades in banking and academia, where he combined his research into human intrinsic engines, with practical, hands-on business management. He was a professor of behavioural science at the University of Macerata, Department of Economics and Law, in parallel to a career in banking. His latest role was as Chief Operating Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy's largest banking group from 2014 to 2017.

Eliano leads the research and development of BESTFIT's proprietary behavioural-based scientific models.

Prof. Dr. Moran Cerf

Moran Cerf is a leading neuroscientist aiming to implement academic findings in the world of business. Considered one of the "40 leading professors below 40” and a former White Hat Hacker, he is both Professor of Neuroscience (Department of Neurosurgery, LIJ) and Professor of Business (Kellogg School of Management), as well as Member of the Institute of Complex Systems. His main interests are “How does the brain shop” and “Understanding human decision drivers".

Lilach Ben-Meir

Psychologist

Lilach Ben-Meir is a psychologist with decades of experience including human resources, among others, at PWC. She holds a PhD and masters degree in Organizational & Social Psychology, and a BA in Psychology and Political Science.

Susan Alexander

Science Advisor

Susan Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts, and a Masters and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. In addition she studied for a Masters in Social Psychology at the New School, New York, New York. She serves as well as an expert for the European Commission in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Ruben Schächter

Ruben Schächter, an employee of BESTFIT from its earliest days, has worked with Sonja Kohn as a business development executive for over a decade. Ruben is at home in the Israeli Innovation hub and brings multi-disciplinary experience from corporations and start-ups with a focus on global expansion, market fit, and strategic alliances. He holds a Bachelor of Law.
