ENGAGEMENT AND PARTICIPATION
Henkel AG, one of the biggest chemical and consumer goods company in the world, hosted Xathon, Europe’s biggest female ideation hackathon. To enhance engagement and participation, they choose Bestfit's solution. We created a 3 fun minutes questionnaire in English and German with all the legal requirements like GDPR and Imprint, resulting in successful contact information and behavioural characteristics data collection.
LEAD GENERATION AND CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION
IBM's flagship technology and business summits are called THINK. IBM chose BestFiT for a dual purpose project - profile the event's visitors in order to approach them with relevant offers in the future, and collect details of visitors to the event. Both goals were achieved with an engaging self-exploration questionnaire that was presented on iPads at the event's venue. The data was used to onboard new leads, and to analyse event participants personality traits or products matching.
HR ASSESSMENT AND COACHING
WISE, one of the largest employment companies in Australia, sought to improve its applicants screening process. For that purpose we built a short non invasive digital questionnaire, that bypasses the usual behavioral biases of job applicants, and provides a coaching report for the interviewer or the hiring company.
WISE is now expanding the usage of this tool to all its offices throughout Australia.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PERSONALISATION
Maccabi, one of the world's largest HMO (Health Management Organization) wanted to maximize efficiency of communication with customers. They decided to do so by decoding their personalities and visits' motivations, while creating a charming user experience. Maccabi enhanced its annual birthday wish email, with an e-gift to each customer- a Personality Selfie! In a win-win campaign, customers enjoy a fun questionnaire and receive a self portrait, while Maccabi maps its customers thinking patterns and emotional triggers.
CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION AND NEXT BEST OFFER
Isracard, Israel's largest credit card company, wanted to segment its customer for the purpose of offering the most suitable credit card to them, while incorporating behavioral aspects. The questionnaire we designed was sent through email to selected customers, who also had a chance to win rewards by answering additional open questions. Though it was a relatively long questionnaire aiming to map a dozen of personality traits, the completion rates were exceedingly high.
A Facebook Campaign for Lead Generation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland focused on Insurance interest targets to collect email addresses and phone numbers with permission to contact the person and use the info for commercial activities. The 7% to 9% CTR (compared to the 0.9% industry standard) proves BestFiT’s power for Lead Generation, with 29% - 36% of respondents providing contact details and their personality profiles.
